- Verify the completion of paperwork by your legal representative the day before completion.
- Prepare to vacate your property by 1 pm on completion day and coordinate this with your chosen removal company.
If you’re moving to a new property, ensure the current owners have completed the aforementioned tasks and confirm in writing, if possible, that they will vacate the property by 1pm.
