With an overall floor space of over 970 square metres, this site will operate alongside our existing premises in Loddon, allowing us to offer storage services throughout the South Norfolk and North Suffolk inland and coastal areas.

The facility, located on Pinbush Road within the popular South Lowestoft Industrial Estate is 4 miles south of the town centre and can be easily accessed via the A12. The surrounding area features a mix of car dealerships, trade warehouses, offices and industrial operations and is recognised as a long-established business district, with full retail facilities including a Morrison’s supermarket close by.

This secure facility will offer customers office space, 100 metal and wooden containers for storage and 30 lockable rooms. These will all be available on monthly contracts for both private and commercial use. Specialised fireproof facilities will also be available including archive storage, suitable for businesses that need to keep hard copies of all records for the 7-year minimum.
