Pre-move Survey
The most crucial step of the moving process. Our fully trained experienced surveyors will take a detailed inventory of all the effects that you are looking to move. We can come and see you in person or carry out an online video survey.
Packing Services
We offer a range of packing services to fit all requirements from a full packing service all the way to protecting just a couple of pieces.
If you’d prefer to do your own packing we have a variety of packing materials for sale. We also offer professional removal boxes on a refundable deposit basis.

Storage Solutions
There is a variety of different types of storage to suit all your requirements, from single items, to whole house and/or office effects, with no time limits. All storage options come with 24/7 CCTV security which give direct connection to the police for total peace of mind.
Additional Services
Our additional optional services include home and office shredding services, utility transfer, vehicle transportation, piano removals and many more.

Our Video Survey App is a simple to use app which allows you to use your smart phone or tablet to show us what you want moving in order that we can provide you with an accurate removals quotation. Give us a call to arrange a convenient time, answer a few simple questions and take a video of what you would like moving. That is all. The whole process should take you less than 15 minutes to complete. Then sit back and wait for us to get back to you with your quote. Moving really has just become a whole lot easier.

Advice for moving
Always look for a removal company that displays the BAR TSI Approved code badge, this can be verified on the company website, or at www.bar.co.uk.
Plan your move well in advance. We can provide advice at any time, even if you don’t have an exact date, we will explain the services we offer and help to begin planning your move.
We provide free, no-obligation, clear, and fair quotes. As professional movers we can explain what we offer and the areas you need to think about. That way you can plan your time and concentrate on essentials.
Packing costs can be provided. We are trained professionals that know best how to protect your belongings, using the right materials, and in a fraction of the time. We will also be happy to discuss insurance arrangements with you.
When planning your move be aware that some days are busier than others, such as Fridays and the days either side of a bank holiday. Also remember that if something goes wrong with a sale or purchase your solicitor may not be available on a Saturday.
Please note your removal is not confirmed unless a deposit has been placed.
Key Waits
Moving day can be affected by a delayed key release for your new property whilst waiting for funds to be transferred by the banks.
On our quotation you will see the option of a late key waiver as a one-off fee to protect yourself from additional charges should keys be released late.

From vehicles to boxes we are committed to only using the finest equipment to handle your belongings with care and precision during your home removals.
Our experienced crews are trained to utilise state-of-the-art equipment and materials to pack, transport, and unpack your items, ensuring their safety throughout the entire moving journey.
Boxes
Our specially designed boxes come in a variety sizes to suit your requirements and are triple walled for maximum strength.
Unsure how many boxes you need? During the quotation process our surveyor’s will estimate the quantity you require.
Wardrobe boxes are brought with the crew on your pack/removal date.
Furniture Covers
We can provide a range of furniture covers on your removal date, including, piano, sofa, armchair, TV, mattress, and picture covers.
If you have any special requirements for certain pieces of furniture, please make your surveyor aware during the quotation process.
Any item which does not have a cover will be expertly blanket wrapped by the team.

Vehicle Fleet
During your survey we will calculate the cubic capacity of your belongings and determine the vehicle(s) necessary for your move.
It is vital that you check the access at your new property, our quotation allows for normal access of a large removal vehicle unless otherwise stated.
Should there be difficulty in gaining close access to the property, please let us know in advance.
